The W. Galen Weston Centre for Food (Weston Centre) is a 36,000-square-foot green-certified building which is located just north of the 401 in Whitby, Ont. at Thickson Road and Champlain Avenue. Durham College’s (DC) Weston Centre is currently focusing on the academic success of our students. As a result we are unable to host events at this time.
Our creative environment continues to focus on bringing our community, local farmers and learning together. We are able to provide catering focusing on the field-to-fork concept, highlighting our Weston Centre grown produce and prepared on location by Executive Chef Raul Sojo and his team.
PLEASE NOTE: Catering will only be available during our current operating hours. As well, it is pick-up only and we are unable to provide offsite staff at this time.
